5.     Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out for the following purposes:

 

a) Execution of agreements between the data controller and companies (hereinafter "Companies") that are customers, subcontractors, or partners of the data controller, and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, including:

The register information is collected regularly from the data subject themselves in connection with the use of services and the website, through contact requests or other forms, in connection with contract formation, or other personal, electronic, or telephone interactions, or participation in events. In addition, personal data can be enriched and updated by research institutions and from generally available sources such as company websites, trade registers, other public and private registers (e.g., Suomen Asiakastieto Oy, Statistics Finland, Fonecta Oy, Posti Oy), as well as other similar business and decision-maker registers and available classifications, segmentation, and analyses.

The data controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by official authorities.

Data will be erased upon the request of the customer or due to the termination of the customer relationship.            

10.  Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA

DDB Helsinki Oy does not transfer data outside the EU or EEA, except as required by official authorities.                

11.  Principles of Register Protection

Personal data is kept confidential. The data controller's network and equipment hosting the register are protected by modern firewalls. The servers in use are locked with strong passwords and group rights. The server space is also locked and only accessible to individuals belonging to the IT group.
